ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Al Raki Golden Sands is committed to sound environmental performance by controlling the impacts that our activities have on the environment in accordance with good industry practice, within the appropriate legislative and statutory regulations and which promote long-term sustainability.

We aim to develop, implement and maintain an Environmental Policy that meets the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and is based on the following principles:

• The provision of appropriate training to raise awareness of any aspects our business, which have an impacts on the environment.
• The planning and organization of our operations in order to minimize noise, dust, disturbance and inconvenience.
• The promotion of a culture for reducing waste, recycling and reuse of materials where possible in our offices and on our sites.
• We will continue to review our Environmental Management Policy system and procedures and seek to improve our environmental performance across the Group.
